The Devon Heartlands Community Partnership grew out of the Okehampton Area Market and Coastal Towns Initiative to carry on working with the communities of Okehampton, Chagford and North Tawton and the surrounding Parishes. We work closely with a wide range of community groups, supporting the delivery of projects and services and helping to secure funding.
