About Us

The Devon Heartlands Community Partnership is the successor to the Okehampton Area MCTi Partnership working with communities of Okehampton, North Tawton & Chagford and the surrounding Parishes. We aim to work with all community groups, local authorities, and agencies to help make our communites a better place for everyone. We are here to help so get in touch and be part of a wider better connected community network. 

Visit the Okehampton Youth Skate Park, featured above and see the new Youth Shelter/ Young Persons Meeting Point we helpd to fund.  More Youth Projects are planned including a Youth Cafe for Okehampton and plans for Skate and Biking facilities at Chagford & North Tawton plus much more.
